There are ceiling fans in every room, with Air-conditioning in the main living area. Heaters are provided for the colder months, There is one family bathroom with shower over the bath.

The villa has Cable television (UK Channels). The music system will play cassettes, CD’s,and radio.

There are 2 sofas in the living area; the dining area can accommodate 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and tea towels

Jacaranda, Marina Del Mar 1.
Jacaranda is a white Quattro villa, set on a hillside, amongst similar properties .We chose this pretty villa because of it's great location, it has been our home until very recently, we still live close by.
We enjoy dining on the terrace or just a cool drink at the end of a sunny day, the solarium is great for entertaining, with it's Gazebo, BBQ sun lounge's and further table and chairs.
The villa is approx 20mins from Alicante airport or 45 mins from San Javier (MURCIA) airport Do check both for bargain flights
Car hire is available from both e.g.: www.aquacar.net  www.fcrentacar.net  are two local ones based in La Marina
There is a taxi service in la Marina ,We recommend a car

Facilities close by
There are two beautiful pools for your use, both have children's areas, The pools are set in large lawned gardens and are carefully maintained with some sun beds

La Marina is a very cosmopolitan area with bars restaurants to suit all, approximately 15 minutes walk, there are 3 large supermarkets, butchers, banks paper shops etc. We also have an excellent Pharmacy, Doctors Surgery and clinic we have 2 bustling Markets held on Thursdays and Sundays and a very informative Tourist Office.
Our super beach is approx 7 mins by car there is also a frequent bus service in the summer months at the beach there are more restaurants where you can dine overlooking the Mediterranean with a view to the isle of Tabarca -frequented by Pirates in ancient times!!!!

Things to do
If you have time after the pool, beach and all that relaxing you might want to explore further a field.
There are coach trips to Terra mittica (theme park )Benidorm Palace, plus historical trips to Valencia, Lorca Costa Blanca is famous for it's many Golf courses the nearest (Marquesa) being 15 minutes away , La Manga is approx 1 hour away .
There is Scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, Bird watching is very popular, Flamingos and other sea birds come to our famous salt lakes near Santa Pola.

 Really you are never bored in La Marina but you can just relax and recharge your batteries it's is entirely up to you.
